Prices for homes start at
around $950,000 for about 1,000 sg ft. to the east of La Jolla Boulevard. Homes to the
west of the Boulevard significantly higher, anything on the ocean is in the millions (2 or
3 plus).
Condos
Some small developments plus Villa La Jolla (2 blocks to the beach) prices
from $350,000 for a one bedroom 713 sq ft unit up to $600,000 for 989 sq
ft..
