Muirlands Homes:

Single family detached: The Muirlands Drive area is very exclusive, large lots, impressive homes, prices start at around $2,500,000, but most are multi-million $'s.

The lower slopes around Avenida Manana are very popular 1960's homes selling in the range of $1,350,000 to $2,000,000 depending on size, condition and view.
Homes on La Jolla Rancho Road and roads off were built in the 70's and 80's, many with ocean views. Prices start around $1,200,000, those with a good view from $2,000,000 and up.
