La Jolla Shores
Homes:
Subdivided and developed shortly after 1900, there
are no large subdivisions in the "Shores", the homes are mostly custom.
The first non-residential project
was Scripps Institute of Oceanography followed by what's now called the La
Jolla Beach & Tennis Club.
